Returning an item to Goodtool is as easy

Fill out the Pre-Authorized Return Form you'll find on the back of your invoice. If you don't have the original invoice, download a copy here.
Package the item securely so there won't be any damage during shipping.
Ship the item freight pre-paid within 30 days of the invoice date to: GOODTOOL RETURNS| 156 Galewski Drive | Winona, MN 55987 For best results please use a trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEx. Keep your receipt as it may be necessary to track the package if it is lost is transit. Download a pre-addressed shipping label here.
NOTE: A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns unless the problem was the fault of Goodtool. If so, the restocking fee will be waived and return shipping costs will be reimbursed. Credits will be applied to the account originally billed.
