Every product that Goodtool carries is backed by our Iron-Clad Guarantee of Satisfaction. This means that if, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a replacement, repair or refund.

The only time we can't honor the Iron-Clad Guarantee is if you've damaged the product through mis-use or have modified it to change its function.

NOTE: A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns unless the problem was the fault of Goodtool. If so, the restocking fee will be waived and return shipping costs will be reimbursed. Credits will be applied to the account originally billed.
